Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services before we begin working together.
If you are uninsured or paying out of pocket, I will provide this estimate in writing at least one business day before your first appointment, and upon request at any time. It will outline the anticipated cost of services so you can make informed decisions about your care. If your final bill is $400 or more above the estimate you received, you have the right to dispute that charge. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.

Complaint Process
The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct committed by marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, psychologists, psychological associates, social workers, and licensed specialists in school psychology. Although not every complaint or dispute involves professional misconduct, the Council can provide information about how to file a complaint.
